hey jon, yeah, that's at the new trail. the trail itself is getting nice and packed from traffic, so it's really getting fast! the log ride is an alternate route kinda thing. let me know when you're comin' up.

hey jon, sounds good. i don't have orr lake open yet...maybe by friday though. i finished the first stage of the trail at copelands, it rips pretty good. there's nothin' deadly on it, but it's really fast and flowy with a couple smaller jumps...one is a log ya ride down at a pretty good speed and shoot off the end, it's kinda cool, i put that mesh stuff on it, so ya don't slip at all. there's a bunch of berms though (15-20). or we could go play at sunnyside, it's all open and good to go. leave me a message and let me on thurs if you're comin up for sure, i'll make sure i'm around at about 4. i work sat. and sun., though.

i was up in sunnyside the other day and the bottom was still covered, but the top was good. i raked up what i could. i think they'll be ready in another week or so. i'm on the weekend shift now for about 4 weeks, so friday is good but saturday and sunday is out.
the skinny in orr lake is just becoming visible, so it's probably another week or 2 for that. i was at copelands on thurs the trail there needs some fallen tree removal, and again the bottom has snow.
but all in all, i think 2 weeks tops and everything should be good.

hey jon, i'm not sure if i'm going or not.i don't really need anything, and i definatley can't afford anything. so probably not. i'm trying to talk a couple boys into going to the city to ride. do some urban. i can see from traffic cameras that there is no snow down there. me and my buddy john parker were down there a couple weeks ago, and it was nice to ride without snow...just wish it was in the bush!!
any way have a good one, jon, and we'll definatley have to get out this spring.

hey jon, i got the frame all taken apart and painted, might wait until i can get the new back shock before i put it together.
i went for a ride the other night and realized i bent my handlebar and put a flat spot on my double track when i crashed!!! i thought the bike managed to get out of it without a scratch... but i guess not.

hey jon, yeah it was a pretty nasty crash. i hit the gap jump over in sunnyside and i hit it a too fast and landed near the bottom and got bucked over the handle bars right into a tree. cracked 3 ribs, chipped 3 vertibrae in my back and killed my right kidney. a week in barrie hospital and 3 months off work!! but hey, it's all part of the game. if you're gonna push it, eventually you're gonna get hurt. but i'll be ready to go in the spring.

i don't think i got anything to trade for the frame...nothin' you'd want anyway. but i'll give ya 75 for it, if ya can get it up here during christmas. if you're into it, do me a favour and let me know what the eye to eye measurement is of the rear shock. if i get the frame i'm gonna replace it.
